Chanel Hason, Scuba Queen USA 2013 was 2nd Runner Up to Miss Scuba International. She was the winner of the Miss Marine Conservation & Best Diver awards.  

  

She is an environmental scientist who has worked as a researcher on the Great Barrier Reef and an education ambassador in Puerto Rico. She currently works as the Director of Outreach & Community Relations for the Elhaka Sea Otter Alliance and is on the executive team at Surfrider Portland.
